I spent Saturday exploring Combe and the countryside that surrounds it. I’m obsessed with making the most of these gorgeous, sunny winter days and Saturday was so perfect. Combe is a darling little village, typical of the Cotswolds.

Around it, it was all big skies and green pastures, just beautiful English countryside as far as the eye could see. I don’t know when I’ll get over my infatuation with the gentle Cotswolds hills, it’s not going to be any time soon. And on this walk, I made some friends too.

We had a very tasty supper at the pub and walked a little bit more in the fading light. The village was so peaceful and quiet, and there was still a hint of pink in the sky, it was a magical time.
