Weekend reading

bookworm_wroxford

This weekend I really want to visit a couple of charity shops for some vintage finds. Apart from Bill Bryson books, I’m always on the lookout for pretty vases, dainty teacups and saucers, quirky wall hangings, and vintage jewellery for some sparkle. Do you shop at charity shops, markets or car boot sales? I love the feeling of treasure hunting and the thrill of finding something special!

What are your plans for the next couple of days?

Just some interesting things from the past 7 days…

Castles, castles, castles!

Advertising saved the Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens.

Just a fireman rescuing a kitten

The definition of pizza.

We’ve all seen images of the new royal baby, this is a different angle.

Have a great weekend!

Wow, I knew there were a lot of reporters, but that number waiting for you to be ready after a birth? Hope you found what you wanted at the charity shops. I used to go to markets a lot when I was younger, now rarely, though I’d like to go more. Glad you liked my post and thanks for the link!
